The Annual & Monthly Maintenance Contract

In case you wish not to outsource your website maintenance, kindly ensure you take up a backup of your website and follow our instruction manual (provided to the client on closure of the website development) for updating and maintenance issues.

Essentials

A team at BlazeDream Technologies will be assigned to serve you as your on-call webmaster. The contract will list out the complete requirements, responsibilities, liabilities and terms and conditions of both the parties.

Charges

The basic charges are nominal for static and stable sites however additional charges will be levied if there are substantial volumes and frequent changes on the websites. Request for a free no obligatory website review for your personalised maintenance quote!

The monthly maintenance fee will be mutually decided and put on the maintenance contract.

If a website is not under a maintenance contract with BlazeDream Technologies, the charges of the changes made on the website when required will be charged out at our normal hourly rates. Other charges not mentioned on the maintenance contract will also be charged out at an hourly rate or a mutually agreed price.

Services provided under contract

They will handle just about all your website maintenance requests, such as, addition, updating, deletion, correction of service/ product, pricing, offers, stock information, forums, news group, vigilance, content addition, editing, deleting, adding new pages, removing pages, tweaking pages and text, adding up new email addresses, maintaining the server, etc.

Condition and Modus Operandi

Changes will be executed based on written communication via email, fax or print from the client end. BlazeDream Technologies team will not execute any changes if otherwise communicated orally. The written communication should clearly mention and if necessary highlight to mark the required changes.

Minor changes will be made within 24 business hours. Other maintenance requests will be completed within 3 business days if otherwise the defined time line will be mutually discussed and decided upon.

Exceptions

Data entry jobs of large volumes will not be treated as maintenance of content updates.
